- Open your portal (button above) — enter your email, click the link we send you. That’s the login.
- Tap “New ticket” and answer the guided questions — broken thing, new work, or a billing question.
- Hit send. You’ll get a ticket number straight back, and a human picks it up in business hours (emergencies sooner).

My email isn’t working
First, try your webmail (yourdomain.com.au/webmail). If that works, it’s your mail app’s settings — raise a ticket and we’ll send the exact settings for your phone or computer.
I need something changed on my site
Raise a ticket describing the change in plain English. DogShield members: your included support time usually covers it. Otherwise we quote first — nothing is ever billed without your OK.
My site looks down
Check it on your phone off wi-fi first (sometimes it’s just your connection). Still down? Urgent ticket — we’re on it.
Where are my invoices?
They’re emailed from our accounts system, and your portal shows what’s current. Anything odd, raise a billing ticket — a human reconciles it.
